Even though there is an artistic culture alive in what is the public service vehicle industry populaly known as the matatu industry,there seems to exist minimal or no driving ethics followed by the drivers in this industry. Have you ever wondered where these drivers get their licenses from or how they get them because if you asked me, they seem to know nothing concerning driving rules and regulations.
